Colorless and almost odorless gas. Slightly soluble in water and incombustible. Melting point: -146 °C; boiling point: -40.8 °C; liquid density: 1.2130g/cm3; gas density at boiling point: 4.82g/L. It has high thermal stability and does not decompose up to 300 °C. Soluble in ether and chloroform. |
